Experience program x SDGs
Whole Udon Circulation Project
We separate and collect udon noodles and food residues that are disposed of at udon factories, etc., and convert them into biogas for effective use as "resources."We also make fertilizers (liquid fertilizer and solid fertilizer) from this residue (digested fluid). This is a project to ``recycle udon as a whole'' by spraying it on wheat fields, harvesting the wheat, turning it into flour, and reproducing udon.
Depending on your wishes, you can try out some of the activities that are part of the project, such as making udon noodles by hand, sowing wheat seeds (limited time only), and observing power generation at a plant.
